Going out. It’s important. The very reason why Skiddle was founded was to unite people that love events. If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that going out gives us normality, a chance to let go and connect with our community. But is it more than that?

Tuesday Feb 12, 2013
Episode 32 of the Skiddle.com Weekends Matter podcast is now available for your listening pleasure
In this episode we feature an exclusive mix from John Dahlback who will be playing at Venus in Manchester on the 1st March
Venus started life as Manchester’s best loved night out, fulfilling the promoter’s mantra that it’s all about quality, rather than quantity. After a decade in Manchester, the team behind Venus took the brave step to open their very own nightclub. Venus opened at the beginning of 2010 with a fanfare of funk and quickly found a home in the very heart of Manchester’s club scene.
John Dahlback brings his Mutant Nights to Venus for the first time. Mutant is John's record label and in just three years it has established itself as a global force with over 20 releases from the likes of Avicii, Tommy Trash and John himself, as well as his fellow label mate who is playing on the night, Lunde Bros. He travels the world playing his trademark big room sound and has also remixed for tracks for Lady Gaga, Nicole Featuring 50 Cent, Skylar Gray, David Morales and Sneaky Soundsystem.
Tickets for Mutant Nights with John Dahlback are on sale from Skiddle
