Going out. It’s important. The very reason why Skiddle was founded was to unite people that love events. If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that going out gives us normality, a chance to let go and connect with our community. But is it more than that?

We're getting closer to the end of the year, which means it's the final time to look at the month ahead via our podcast. To round it off we've focused on the best events to see the year off in style, with a look at some of the finest music you might hear on your travels on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Guest mix comes from Laidback Luke, who'll be delivering a turkey blasting set for Cream at Nation a little earlier on Boxing Day alongside Dannic, Gareth Emery, Eddie Halliwell, Watermat and more (full details here), listen to it above.
Before that hits at the pinnacle of the show, we've gone for a couple of the biggest tracks of the year in Caribou's 'Can't do without you' (from maybe our album of the year) and Sonny Fodera's remix of Johnny Corporate's classic 'Sunday Shoutin', as well tracks form some of the biggest artists you'll catch over the Festive rave period.

Halloween is behind us and Christmas and NYE is still in the distance (if rapidly approaching), meaning November is looking good. That means podcast time and as ever we've traversed through the best gigs and clubs around, with music from MK, Nicky Romero, Justin Robertson and Mighty Oaks among the starlets soundtracking our monthly radio show (stream it above on Spotify).
As is tradition, it's closed off with a guest mix from one DJs rocking our world at present. In the second part of our love letter to Sankeys (the first saw us with Tribal Sessions resident Darius Syrossian), we've turned to the Mancunian institution's other heralded resident Jozef K for a full throttle ensemble of house and techno.
