Going out. It’s important. The very reason why Skiddle was founded was to unite people that love events. If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that going out gives us normality, a chance to let go and connect with our community. But is it more than that?

Charlie Hedges presents Skiddle Podcast 011 - guest mix Disciples
Friday Oct 28, 2016
Friday Oct 28, 2016
Our penultimate podcast of the year is one of our biggest to date. With a guest mix courtesy of one of dance music's finest production groups and a classic track selected by one of the scene's true greats, this is an episode as well-suited to those dreary weekdays in the office as it is the party pre-drinks.
Starting things off as always is our podcast host Charlie Hedges, who is armed with another load of dancefloor-ready house tunes. This time she's got new music from the likes of Solardo, Tough Love and House Of Virus.
Our first interview of the episode is with the much-loved elrow resident Toni Varga. After a summer of wowing crowds around Europe with the unparalleled party concept, it seemed fitting that we caught up with one of the DJs which has helped carve so many of those unforgettable moments. We asked him all about the club's popularity and his favourite elrow show to date.
The next chat is with one of house music's most respected and influential artists, Roger Sanchez. As ambitious as he is musically gifted, Sanchez is a true master of his craft. No surprise then that we were over the moon to secure an interview and a classic house track selection from the main man, and what a choice it is.
The podcast this month is rounded off with a guest mix from chart-conquering trio Disciples, who have been behind some of this year's defining underground/mainstream crossover tracks, most notably their most recent release 'Daylight' (which has received the rework treatment from Detlef and Raffa FL).
See you all next month for our last podcast of 2017!

Friday Feb 06, 2015
It might have been a longer month than many, but January ended with a bang and now nestled firmly into February we can start to get into the serious business of the year - especially now we've got the monthly edition of our podcast locked and loaded.
We've got loads of brand new music on this one, with recent chart smashes from Philip George and Hannah Wants & Chris Lorenzo (who we caught up with this week) accompanied by more underground flavours from The Revenge and Dusky.

This month you can catch him at in Manchester when Play No Games and Haus collide on Thursday 12th February at 256.
